Below please find Meeting Schedule & Special Events for 2017.
I turn your attention to Article 7 Meetings & Chain of Command #5 E-Board.
The E-Board shall meet or discuss when necessary its business. The General membership meets only 3 times a year that's once every 4 months. The meeting will be held on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday or Thursday of that month. Jan, May & Sept.
Our general meetings coincide with our E-Board meetings. On those months we ask all E-Board members to attend 1 hour & 15 minutes before the regular meeting is scheduled to start. Members coming early must wait outside meeting room until E-Board meeting is over. It is crucial that all E-Board members are on time in order for the E-Board to conduct & finish their business before the members start coming in for the regular general meeting.
